ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, customs delays, compliance with applicable local and international laws, trade regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship both domestically and internationally to most countries worldwide. Shipments are subject to the laws, regulations, and trade policies of both the origin and destination countries, including but not limited to export controls, import restrictions, and compliance with World Trade Organization (WTO) guidelines and applicable trade agreements.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic: 5–15 business days
International: 10–50 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during a promotional period.

Free Shipping Promotions: From time to time, we may offer free shipping on select orders or during special promotions. Free shipping eligibility will be clearly communicated at checkout or on our website during the promotional period.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Onbirx has no control over customs regulations and cannot predict additional charges.

FORCE MAJEURE & COMPLIANCE

Onbirx shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
